“There's not a school that teaches you how to mix well. Either you're born with it, or you're not."
Pat “9th Wonder” Douthit
All of Talented Tenn. came to Memphis Music Foundation's Plug In event. Connecting creators with resources to reach that next level. Didn't know I was gonna get a sick show by none other than @9thwondermusic and @e_jones_music. So HOT literally and figuratively. Oh and The Phat Mack himself was in the building...8Ball.

Aspire to Inspire
"Our watersources are connected. we are all downstream from one another and it may be the thing that is most universal, our need for water. It's what we all have in common."
You may know that three invigorated and influential, in their own right, celebrities are currently taking a journey to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro to bring about awareness of the necessity for clean water for all. Kenna, a music producer, Lupe Fiasco, a hip hop artist, Jessica Biel, an actress, and a group of supporters, activists and volunteers are climbing a rigorous 19,340 feet for us. Santigold is also on the trek.
According to water.org 3.575 million people die each year from water-related disease and 884 million people lack access to safe water supplies, that is approximately one in eight people.
The journey called Summit on the Summit is being fully documented by each of the activists on the website summitonthesummit.com including videos, tweets and everyday people, like you and me, can sponsor a foot on the journey. I sponsored foot 665 and in turn PUR will provide clean water solution for one child for an entire year and a half. Thanks to me!!
What will the world become, thanks to you?
A cute video of Kenna and the hilarious Kid Cudi.
